Can I actually do this at home?

Do I need any special equipment?

No. We mainly use body weight for lunges, squats, press ups etc and a stretchy band to add some extra resistance for rows, bicep curls etc. You can even decide on how much resistance you give yourself by choosing a lighter or heavier band. A yoga mat and a bottle/glass of water is everything else you need. Of course, if you already have, or want to get, some dumbells then you can use them as well.

How much space do I need?

Enough space to put down a yoga mat and put your phone/tablet/laptop down in front of you.

Will I be able to stick to this?

Is it a live class? Can I do this On Demand?

We do a live class at 7.15am every Monday to Friday. There are also On Demand recordings of classes that you can do at any time that suits you. So if you are away on holiday and the time difference doesn’t work or you want a lie in but have time later in the day, you can still get your workout in. These are also handy if you are recovering from an injury or illness and want a graduated return to exercise, you can start one of the On Demand classes and stop it half way if you need to.

How long is each class?

Each class is 45 minutes long. This includes a warm up and cool down.

Is this too hard for me?

Is it beginner friendly?

Yes! The vast majority of our intervals are done for time so you can slow down or speed up according to your level of fitness. If you are learning a new exercise you can take your time and focus on form rather than rushing through and never quite getting the most out of it.

Can I be seen by the instructor to correct my form?

Yes. It’s important that I can see what you are doing so that I can give feedback and make sure that you aren’t going to hurt yourself. Also, this means that I can let you know when you are doing well too!

Will I get frustrated by fiddly tech?

What platform do you use?

We use Zoom and I will send you a link to be able to join the class. We use the same link for every class so no faffing with different links every day. Also, once you have completed your free week and you are a paying member you will join our WhatsApp group which always has the link to join the class in the ‘info’ so you will always have it to hand.

Can I stream it to my TV?

Yes, as long as you know how to link your phone/tablet/laptop to your TV.

What’s the catch?

Is there a free trial?

Yes! You get a whole week for free to try out the classes. There is no obligation at the end of the free trial, so if the timing just doesn’t work for you, that’s it. If you want to continue, and why wouldn’t you? 😜, I will send you details of how to sign up with all the payment info then and not before.

Can I cancel easily online?

Yes. Payments are taken via GoCardless direct debit on the 1st of every month. If you need to cancel, you just let me know and I stop the direct debit. (You just need to give at least a week notice before the 1st of the next month due to GoCardless and banks lead times).
