The women's only Bootcamp on Twickenham Green

Do you prefer to get your workout done in the morning before work/life gets in the way? Are you a busy Mum who struggles to find time for yourself? Or are you just a morning person? If so, our exercise classes on Twickenham Green are just what you are looking for.

Get outside in the fresh air and have fun with a very friendly bunch of ladies and get that all important Me Time.  The group sizes are small so there is plenty of personal attention and each session is different so you won’t get bored. We are very welcoming to new members and use team work and games so you make friends quickly and don’t realise how hard you are working.

Get fitter with High Intensity Training and torch that body fat, all whilst having a laugh. Exercise should be fun, not a chore! Here’s what one Bootcamper says:

Through different types of exercises and games, Karen leads us through the 45 minute workout and it never feels like a slog.
